A non-refundable deposit of $40 will be required for new clients, and full set appointments. I have created this policy due to the amount of late cancellations and no call- no shows that I have had! Thank you for understanding! Late Arrival Information: If you are going to be 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, please contact me. With late arrivals I may not have time to complete your fill or full set, as I reserve just enough time to complete these services, and may have a client booked directly after you! Lash Extension Services: Eyelash Extensions are my most popular booked service, along with the one people have the most questions about! Eyelash Extensions are placed directly on the natural lash individually with a professional-grade adhesive. Eyelash Extensions can be used to add volume, length, or both to your natural lashes! Each set is also customized to best fit your eye shape, length of natural lash, and your specific desired look! For extensions, I do always recommend getting a fill every 2-3 weeks to ensure that all grown out lashes are removed, and new ones are applied. This will ensure that we are properly up-keeping your lashes, keeping them constantly looking fresh and tidy, as well as protecting the health of your natural lash. Once your message is sent out, we will discuss details on the size of wedding party, start times, trial dates, wedding packages I offer, as well as pricing. I will also be available to answer any question you may have, and provide you with a portfolio of wedding makeup I have previously done. For all weddings I do require a non-refundable retainer, that also covers the cost of traveling. This price will vary, depending on how far the travel distance is! On the day of your wedding, you will only owe the cost of makeup application. Your retainer will NOT be refunded if the wedding date is cancelled! Cancellation Policy: I understand that things happen! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelling your appointment less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of 50%, charged to the card on file. If a client no call-no shows, there will be a fee of 100% of the service charged to the card on file.

Cancellation Policy

If any client wishes to cancel their appointment, it must be done at least 24 hours in advance and if cancelled in less than 24 hours, a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file. This does include rescheduling an appointment last minute, but how soon you reschedule for will be taken into account! If you wish to reschedule for the same week as the original appointment date, this fee will not apply and will be voided as you are rescheduling within the same working week as the originally scheduled appt. Any no call-no shows are subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.
